Attending: Me, C, Eth, Ed. T-sensei and N instructing.

Started with newaza. Ran through various hold-downs. Also did a little bit of randori.

After that, worked on some submissions.

Worked on footsweeps as well. Then more randori. And then after that free-throwing.

Basically, the idea behind the class was to prepare C for nationals next week.

I mostly worked with Eth and Ed. Ed keeps trying to do crazy sacrifice throws on me in randori. It's hard for me to counter them, but it's pretty impressive that he's willing to attempt them.

T-sensei said that after nationals, we'll work more on technique, maybe a little kata. I'm really looking forward to kata - just because we cover it so rarely. It's hard for me to retain things if I don't practice them.
