I had so many plans for the weekend, but then I came down with a cold. Great. ;V

There were so many things that I wanted to write! But, things being what they are, I stayed on the couch for most of the time. Did get my Candy Hearts fic uploaded, so there is that. A part of me wants very much to write a second story to go along with it, but it's fine as it is, so if I'm not able to - well, I'm not going to fret over it.

(Or I'll try not to fret over it, at least. Key word 'try', here...)

And it figures that the weather, which has been bitterly cold all week, would start to warm up when I'm feeling unwell. Only -10C and I didn't even get to enjoy it, this is so unfair!

At work, I was supposed to train someone "soon". No clue when "soon" is. Feet have been dragging for a week and a half, and hopefully they'll continue to drag, because uhhh I certainly can't go down to the office right now, nope. (Though I guess we can do it remote if we have to.)

I started watching True Detective, which I've been meaning to do for a while per a friend's recommendation. Just partway through the first season, but I'm enjoying it so far. Since it's an anthology series, I'm unsure how the rest will compare to what I'm seeing here. WELL, I guess I'll find out eventually (some time this century).

Anyway, I really hope this clears up soon. Feeling exhausted and snotty is such a bummer.
