Reconciliation. [DW crosspost]. G/0+, 2.1k, Emil/Lalli. Emil tries to reach out, and Lalli decides that maybe he forgives him.
A few people guessed this one when it was still anon... I didn't think that my style is that distinguishable, but apparently my friends are good at picking it out. xD
I'm starting to think about what to nom/offer/request fortrickortreatex... Hmm!

Some of these, well, I probably won't have to toss in noms for them (Dream Daddy is an obvious one, probably ditto Frozen). Others are definitely not getting into the tagset unless I nominate them myself (Valiant Hearts, Nelvana....)
Not 100% sure on requests, because you have a limit of 10, and... jesus, requesting the max would be a lot of requests to write. I'm thinking of going minimal - detailed list of likes, but keeping the actual prompts brief. But, 10 requests is still a lot. It's going to be hard to narrow these down, though. And I haven't even decided which characters I want! Though I think for SSSS at least, I might request very minor and/or original characters. Worldbuilding, yay!
I definitely know one thing: I want my requests to skew slightly toward horror/darkfic. *_* At least for most of the canons. It's sometimes hard to receive that kind of thing (outside of Darkest Night, that is) but Trick or Treat seems like a good exchange to try it.
Would it be weird to request art-only for some canons, rather than fic & art for everything?

It seems a bit limiting...but then again, there were a lot of drive-by treaters like me last year, so perhaps it won't be so limiting if your requests for some canons are art-only.

Date: 2017-08-15 02:31 am (UTC)I know the fear re: length of requests. I ended up doing something I've never done before with Innumerable Stars...which you read about! (I almost forgot you did. Sorry I posted that entry while I was half-dead XD) I figured my list of likes and dislikes were extensive enough to give my writer/artist enough to go on, and I think ever since I've written them it seems like a lot of people have found them neat and useful. So maybe just focus on that and then just list the requests for people to mix and match? :) And simple one-sentence requests are great too. I'm trying to get more comfortable with giving only that.
And I personally don't find anything weird about selecting art only for some and fic for others. These are *your* requests, after all! :D
(And yes for horror/dark! I want that too! And for non-horror, I'm probably more picky about things at least having an autumn theme to them.)

I feel kind of nervous about some of the darkfic requests - like I'm worried that people will think I'm a total weirdo or something - but at least the darkest of them will for fandoms where the darkness is canon. >3>
