Attending: Me, M1, C, Ed. J-sensei and T-sensei instructing.
So, we had two competitors, me, and a whitebelt. At first it loked like it would be just me and C, but then the other two showed up.
First, C worked on throwing; throwing me and Ed. Then we switched to Ed throwing us.
After a bit, I went with J-sensei.
We worked on left-handed ippon-seoinage. He recommended going in as tight as possible with the bicep - not so much hauling onto your shoulder unless you are drop throwing.
Then we did left-handed ogoshi. I don't remember if he had any comments there.
We also practiced uchi-makakomi. He suggested that it's good for when your opponent is reaching very high. He also emphasized landing on your opponent because it's an integral part of the throw. He recommends practically doing a roll onto them.
And then we did some regular ogoshi.
I was very tired by the end of the class.
T-sensei made a joke about me getting blue belt by the end of next season. I think that's too soon. I want to stay green for a while.
